We all get angry from time to time. It is when our anger gets out of control that it can lead to problems – in relationships, at work, in the quality of everyday life.

Uncontrollable anger/angry outbursts are very disturbing for anyone exposed to them.

And carrying a lot of anger can damage your health by way of raising blood pressure and causing heart problems.
